SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Create an infrastructure evaluation form.
- Conduct site investigations and evaluate the existing infrastructure for each roadway. All evaluations will be documented on the infrastructure evaluation form.
- Aggregate and process the evaluation data and rank the conditions of the infrastructure by roadway.
- Create construction cost estimates for all infrastructure for each roadway.
- Use this data to develop a long-term Capital Improvements Plan along with recommendations for implementation.
- Present a preliminary Long-Term Capital Improvements Plan to the Borough for consideration of implementation.
- Take feedback from Borough in regard to prioritization of improvements and modify the preliminary Long-Term Capital Improvements Plan to reflect these changes.
- Finalize the Long-Term Capital Improvement Plan. Provide Owner with a digital copy of the final Long-Term Capital Improvement Plan and provide up to ten (10) finished hard copies for Owner’s use.
